Infrared Sauna

Our dry infrared sauna uses far infrared rays to penetrate deeply into muscle tissue, relieving tension and stress. Infrared sauna use is complimentary with any Shizuka New York Day Spa massage treatment. Standalone sauna sessions may also be purchased.
