GentleWaves ® uses a panel of LEDs to stimulate facial rejuvenation on the cellular level

GentleWaves ® is a facial rejuvenation treatment that uses specially coded LED lights to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, shrink pores, stimulate collagen production, and encourage cellular renewal.

This LED facial uses a process called photomodulation. Similar to photosynthesis in plants, photomodulation promotes healthy, youthful skin cells.

GentleWaves® LED skin care has been featured in Allure, Self, Lucky and O magazines. Shizuka New York Day Spa’s GentleWaves® LED Facial has additionally been featured on Fox 5’s Good Day New York and in Page Six Magazine of the New York Post.

Although GentleWaves® uses light to stimulate facial rejuvenation, GentleWaves® is not considered a photo facial or laser facial treatment. Unlike IPL photo facials and laser skin resurfacing, GentleWaves® is free of downtime and discomfort, and is safe for all skin types.

GentleWaves® LED facial rejuvenation is an effective and comfortable alternative to cosmetic procedures such as Botox Cosmetic and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers such as Juvederm. However, GentleWaves® LED facial rejuvenation can also enhance the effects of Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Photo Facials.
